Is there such a thing as a Spirit City? Because if there is… it’s Nashville for me.

It had been 11 years since my last , and this year I made it a priority—not just for the classes, but for the connections, conversations, and camaraderie. And it absolutely delivered.

Huge shoutout to —chauffeur, roommate, and even better friend. The conversations were exactly what my heart needed, and I loved meeting her people. Can’t wait to keep those connections going.

The trade show felt like a mini-reunion! Getting to spend time again with my friends from after all these years was so good for the soul. Grateful for their continued support and excited for what’s ahead.

Of course I stopped by too—great conversations, great products, and definitely time to update my samples!

There was one class I knew I wouldn’t miss—and wow. Whitney & David Scott absolutely brought it. The message hit at exactly the right time, and I came home with pages of notes I can’t wait to implement.

On a personal note—holy walking 😅
Up at 5:40am for my morning miles, plus that massive hotel meant 5+ miles a day (some days over 20k steps!). I stayed consistent, felt strong, and realized how far I’ve come. This version of me was happy, energized, focused—and ready for more (with a healthy appreciation for sleep at 39 😉).
