Sad to leave…but extremely happy and proud of the work we did on this amazing piece by Puccini. It was the greatest gift to see so many colleagues from my past years here and to reconnect with them. The public was fabulous, the choir incredible, the orchestra superb and the technical staff so great!
All the best to my colleagues whom I shared the stage with, Katya, Carolina, Liang, Jan, Pablo, Mikeldi, Josep and Agshin and of course, Sir Mark who led us so wonderfully!
I look forward to the next opportunity to come back to this great city and Les Arts. Lots of love to you ALL!
