The truth is, where your attention goes, your culture grows.
Instead of focusing on those who constantly resist, complain, or drain your energy, invest in the people who are committed, coachable, and willing to execute.
Not everyone deserves equal access to your attention. The people who value it will multiply it.
Ask yourself:Who has earned more of my attention? And who have I allowed to consume it without producing growth?
