There are moments that remind you just how far you’ve come.

Last year, I had the privilege of graduating from the Emerging Leader Academy through ONEplace. The experience challenged me, stretched me, and helped shape the leader I continue to become today.

This year, I was deeply honored to return, not as a participant, but as a facilitator.

Thank you to ONEplace for trusting Fortunate Fourth Creations & Media to host the final workshop for the 2026 Emerging Leader Academy cohort. It was a privilege to lead The Art of Resilience: Creativity, Mental Health & Workplace Wellness on Graduation Day and create space for reflection, connection, and wellness as these emerging leaders prepare for their next chapter.

As someone who once sat in those seats, learning alongside an incredible cohort, being invited back to close out the program feels especially meaningful. It is a full-circle moment that I do not take lightly.

Congratulations to the 2026 Emerging Leader Academy graduates. Your willingness to grow, lead, and invest in yourselves will create ripple effects throughout our community for years to come.
