Saturday start your morning with Shifting Gears United - cycle 20 mile loop on Jup Island
Date: July 12th
Location: Coral Cove Park - Jupiter Island
Time: 7am meet up (leave parking lot 7:30)

Items to bring: helmet, safety flags for handcycles, hydration, extra tune, CO2 cartridge, safety lights, etc… please arrive on-time and prepared.
