The holidays can be a tough time of year for a lot of people. Days are shorter, memories come rushing back, and we can really get caught up in yearning for something different.

This is the time to insulate yourself in community. Lean into the people around you, whether it’s at home, in your day to day life, at your yoga studio or gym, and even in online circles.

Humans heal together, not alone. Resist the urge to isolate. Reach out to friends or even acquaintances. Consider helping those less fortunate. And remember, you are never alone.
