As we kick off National Affordable Housing Month, we want to share one of the ways we are helping Jacksonville residents achieve affordable homeownership through JWB’s HomeStep Program!

We have helped 3,846 residents start building their path to homeownership, with 23 HomeStep residents becoming homeowners since 2024! 💥

With $70,400 in credits redeemed so far, this program rewards JWB residents with $100/month for on-time rent payments, up to $3,600 toward a future home.
