We constantly talk about changing filters but we never tell anyone to go the next step. When you are changing your filters, place bleach OR vinegar in the drain line clean out, to prevent clogs in the condensation drain line. A clogged drain line can cause thousands of dollars in damage that can be prevented with a cup full of bleach or vinegar when changing the filter for the HVAC system.
