At just about 1½ years old, Wiggles is an absolutely stunning gray and white beauty with the most captivating eyes. We welcomed her into our rescue to help one of our overcrowded shelter partners, and from the moment we met her, it was impossible not to fall in love.

Her name couldn’t be more fitting. Wiggles happily wiggles down the hallway and straight into your heart! She is incredibly friendly, treat motivated, already knows a solid sit, and walks beautifully on leash.

Wiggles has shown no signs of resource guarding, but she does have a high toy drive and would benefit from continued training and a few basic doggy manners. Because she came to us on short notice, she has not yet been dog tested. However, she has been comfortable seeing other dogs from a distance and in their kennel runs. She was cat tested and is looking for a home without cats.

She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations. We recommend a home with older children while she continues learning her manners.

Wiggles is currently staying at our boarding kennel, where our volunteers are already completely smitten with her. We’re hoping her stay is a short one and that she’ll soon find a loving foster or forever home. 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Please help us welcome Zara to Pitties & Pals Rescue!

While we would have loved to place Zara directly into a foster home, we simply couldn’t leave her behind. Our shelter partner is overflowing with dogs, and every kennel space matters. By moving Zara into boarding, we were able to help the shelter make room for another dog in need.

Boarding isn’t the ideal place for a dog to wait, but it gives Zara a chance to be seen. She’ll enjoy daily walks, spend time with our amazing volunteers, and join us at adoption events where more people can meet the sweet girl we’ve all fallen for.

Zara is an absolute sweetheart. She loves affection, enjoys belly rubs, and forms a wonderful bond with her people. At nearly 3 years old and around 100 pounds, she’s a big girl with an even bigger heart.

She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines. Zara would do best as the only pet in an adult home or one with older teens where she can truly shine as the center of attention.

Our rescue provides everything approved fosters need, along with guidance and support every step of the way.

📍 Placement preferred within 60 minutes of Jackson, NJ. 90 minutes for foster to adopt.
