has partnered with theRural County Representatives of California to develop a comprehensive Industrial Arts Training Program Framework across the 7 county Sierra Jobs First region. We know the access gap to industrial arts training opportunities is wide! Working together across county and community lines, we can expand access to industrial arts training certifications and work-based learning opportunities that align with regional industry and employment needs and unlock economic mobility for our communities.
