Creating my largest piece to date at 36x48 inches on wood panel was both exhilarating and intimidating. The acrylic layers built up organically, each brushstroke responding to the last in this explosion of whimsical colors. I wanted to capture that feeling when joy literally bursts from within - those swirling movements and electric hues represent pure creative freedom. The wood panel’s smooth surface allowed me to push the paint in ways I’d never explored before. What emotions do you feel when you look at this energetic composition?
