Hoot’s Who at OWL™ Services: Meet Michael Lucio, a Field Service Technician in Lubbock, TX who has been with OWL for four years. One thing Michael loves about his job is that he’s, “part of a reliable, hardworking team and grateful for the relationships and experiences that have made this career rewarding and fulfilling.” One of his biggest achievements is training and mentoring new employees by sharing his expertise and leading by example in the field. Outside of work, Michael loves to work out, spend quality time with his kids, create content and take on home improvement / DIY projects. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with family. His favorite quote is, "The greatest legacy a man can leave isn't money, it's the example he sets for his children."

Our team had a great time attending the 2026 PEI Women Conference in Nashville last week. This group spent three days connecting with peers and gaining insights into the energy handling industry. Our EVP of Marketing & Communications, Jodi Solomon, also participated in a panel, “From Doing the Work to Driving the Conversation”, alongside other leaders.
