Protein Almond Croissant Recipe:
π₯ 2 slices bread (we used croissant bread but any bread will work)
π₯ 2 scoops Nut Butter Protein - Vanilla Almond Butter
π₯ 2 tbsp butter softened
π₯ 1/8 tsp almond extract
π₯ 1 egg
π₯ 2-3 tbsp milk
π₯ 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Mix the protein powder, butter, almond extract & egg together in a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp of milk to create a thick but spreadable paste. Take your bread of choice & press with the back of a spoon to indent the bread. Divide almond mixture in half & spread it on the 2 pieces of bread. Sprinkle on the almonds & press into the bread. Airfry or bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. When ready sprinkle on some extra vanilla almond protein powder.
