Prepping Po***ck Roulades for our homebound seniors Holiday Lunches to be delivered. Po***ck is dipped in lemon juice and rolled in herb toasted cornbread crumbs and baked crispy on the outside and tender flaky on the inside. Serving with Au Gratin potatoes, herbed Cauliflower blend and good old apple pie. Yum!!!

Thanksgiving prep has started for the family tomorrow. Prepped an Italian sausage mandarin stuffing and now going to start pies. Alot of work to do and many glasses of wine to keep it moving.
