“Am I too young to be qualified?”
“I’m not getting this.”
“I’m comfortable where I am.”

Those thoughts are perfectly normal. And may be amplified by our experiences.

Honor your fears, honor yourself. Give yourself permission to be with your thoughts.

The more you explore and question those ideas, the more they want to be released.

Find emotional authenticity. A space where you can authentically feel and face your feelings.
