🔸SOP লেখার সাধারণ নির্দেশিকা

• শব্দসীমা (Word Limit): সাধারণত ৮০০–১০০০ শব্দ। প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত নির্দিষ্ট শব্দসীমা অবশ্যই অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
• পৃষ্ঠা সীমা (Page Limit): সাধারণত ১–২ পৃষ্ঠা।
• ফরম্যাটিং (Formatting): Times New Roman বা Arial এর মতো স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ফন্ট ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ফন্ট সাইজ ১১ বা ১২ পয়েন্ট এবং লাইন স্পেসিং ১.০ বা ১.১৫ রাখা উত্তম।
• কাগজের আকার (Paper Size): SOP অবশ্যই A4 সাইজের পৃষ্ঠায় লিখতে হবে।

🔸SOP-এর সাধারণ কাঠামো
১. ভূমিকা (Introduction): ৮০–১২০ শব্দ
২. শিক্ষাগত পটভূমি (Academic Background): ১৫০–২০০ শব্দ
৩. পেশাগত / গবেষণা অভিজ্ঞতা (Professional / Research Experience): ১৫০–২২০ শব্দ
৪. Proposed research direction: ১৫০–২২০ শব্দ
৫. কেন এই প্রোগ্রাম/বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (Why This Program/University): ১৫০–২২০ শব্দ
৬. লক্ষ্য / ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা (Goals / Future Aspirations): ৮০–১২০ শব্দ
৭. উপসংহার (Conclusion): ৫০–৯০ শব্দ

🔹Common guidelines for writing an SOP
• Word Limit: Generally 800–1000 words. Always adhere to the specific word limit set by the institution.
• Page Limit: Typically 1–2 pages.
• Formatting: Use a standard font such as Times New Roman or Arial, 11- or 12-point size, with 1.0 or 1.15 line spacing.
• Paper Size: The SOP should be written on A4-sized pages.

🔹Standard SOP structure
1. Introduction (80–120 words)
2. Academic background (100–150 words)
3. Professional / research experience (150–220 words)
4. Research direction: (150–220 words)
5. Why this program/university (150–220 words)
6. Goals / future aspirations (80–120 words)
7. Conclusion (50–90 words)

🔸এই SOPটি আমি Soil Science ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড অনুযায়ী সাজিয়েছি। আপনারা নিজেদের ডিসিপ্লিন ও একাডেমিক ক্ষেত্র অনুযায়ী বিষয়বস্তু পরিবর্তন করে লিখবেন। এটি মূলত একটি টেমপ্লেট বা স্যাম্পল কপি, যা অনুসরণ করে আপনারা নিজেদের SOP প্রস্তুত করতে পারেন।
