I am honored and humbled to have received the Board of Regents Staff Excellence Award.

I would like to thank my incredible team for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to making our program successful. This recognition reflects the efforts of many people, and I am grateful to work alongside such outstanding colleagues.

A few flicks from last month’s training with Des Moines Fire Department 🔥

DMFD invited their fire division out, and to add realism, we set up shop inside one of their reserve squads, allowing crews to simulate treating a thermal burn victim in a setting similar to what they encounter in the field.

Shoutout to Shenandoah Medical Center for welcoming us into their operating room! Our educators gowned up alongside their staff to run hands-on scenarios using our portable, high-fidelity patient simulators — right there on the OR table. This is what we're all about: bringing world-class simulation training to the spaces where healthcare happens. ❤️
