Ahhhhh drywall stage. There’s something exciting about this part of a build. The walls finally come together, the smell of something new, it’s just an exciting time.

Yes, we are glad it has rained. But why are there so many dang mosquitoes??? Thankfully, our Superintendent, Steve, has a game plan.

One of our newest creations. In an effort to always improve, we’ve started using a fogging machine inside the house, especially when paired with a blower door test, and we can more easily assess the envelope for any possible leaks.

It is INCREDIBLY important to ensure our houses are built right, in order to sustain against these harsh elements.
