It’s with an extremely heavy heart that I must say my Mom Audrey Johnson, has been reunited with my Dad in Heaven. Widowed for 15 years, she lived each day without him knowing that one day they will be together again.
Mom survived a very tough year, battled liver cancer and won to then have a stroke in June. This past week her suffering had become too great for any of us to bear, it was time to tell her our goodbyes and to let her know it was okay to rest.
Mom passed away peacefully in the early morning on Saturday 10/14/23.
My faith in God has eased my pain because I know she is no longer suffering and at the feet of Jesus.
Thank you for all of the prayers, text & phone calls. I’m truly blessed with an amazing support system.
A celebration of life will be planned for mid-November, I’ll share the details as soon as they are finalized.
