I still get to work on the occasional old house, which makes me so happy! This little Broad Ripple cutie got a new roof and decking, new insulation, new Hardie siding and trim, new gutters, and installed some decorative woodworking accents along the front such as gable brackets and simulated dentil moulding.

With Stenz Corporation, I still occasionally get to work on an old house or two. 🗝️🥹 This property is one of my favorites. I especially love the transom windows, the wood floors, and the beautiful glass wall tiles in the second to last pic. I don’t see that style of wall tile very often. It is striking in person. 💎
