Total Shred Solutions

Total Shred Solutions' drivers are the face of the company providing quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner. You will primarily be responsible for driving the company truck, pre-trip inspections, loading and unloading containers, operating machinery, monitoring customer utilization of equipment, and daily vehicle maintenance.

Additional requirements:

Lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
Operates and maintains company vehicle safely and efficiently
Ability to lift minimum 70 lbs and handle physical workload
Timely handling of client delivery requests
Prepares accurate paperwork
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the metro area while adhering to a time schedule, with 20-30 stops a day
Must be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather (Wind, Rain, Snow, Heat, etc.)
Constant climbing in and out of truck
Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Clean pre-employment substance abuse screening and background check
At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred)
Deadline-oriented, dependable, problem-solver, organized, punctual
Computer proficiency
Strong communication skills
Commitment to adhere and enforce all safety and security procedures
