There's some projects you do that just makes you more proud than usual.
Build custom from scratch pantry cabinet/above fridge cabinet
Remove cabinets from above the island bulkhead and transfer to above the washer and dryer
Build custom shelved end cabinet
Create a beautiful open kitchen that stretches from the front to the rear of the house
Do the drywall repair
Paint it all beautifully
Take lots of pictures including process photos in case they don't believe you
FYI building your own cabinets is a third of the price from less quality cabinets from the big box store ✌️

I could not wait to post! 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of clear finish and we have ourselves a BEAUTIFUL SET OF STAIRS!

2 remove 1000000 staples
3 prep walls
4 paint walls
5 cut new step faces
6 install new step faces
7 cut new stair treads
8 install new stair treads
9 caulk everything
10 install vinyl plank on landing
11 paint new step faces
12 paint stair stringers
13 install quarter round on landing
14 caulk quarter round
15 paint baseboards on landing
16 paint quarter round on landing
17 remember to install the new handrails on the freshly painted walls because you forgot.. woopsie
18 do this by yourself
19 do this in 1 week
20 feel bad because you ran out of time to stain treads
21 surrender feeling bad about what you weren't able to do
22 be proud of what you did
23 load the 30 tools you used to do the job
24 sweep and shopvac
25 take an ibuprofen
