Let me be real honest for a second…
I sometimes find it difficult to post pictures of hair when I feel overwhelmed by the ouchy-ness of the world. I know what I do is fulfilling and has a positive impact on others but with so much suffering I can’t help but wish I could do more.
Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and outraged is a privilege. I have decided to donate all my tips from this week to to help women in Afghanistan. If you would like to contribute I will have the link on my linktree in my bio.

Check this out —> Same exact hair just completely different lighting! Lighting and the endless world of filters complicate how we perceive hair photos. Indirect natural light is the best way to capture the hairs true shine and dimension. Direct sunlight and some direct indoor lighting (like bathroom lighting) can cause overexposure blowing out all the hairs contrast and dimension.
