This old fence was sagging from the past storms so we decided to replace 3 of the rotten posts. Fence will eventually need replaced but this should keep it standing for a couple more years.

This bathroom was having issues with water, destroyed some drywall outside the tub and it was peeling the paint off the ceiling.
Threw some wall paneling on the wall next to the shower to waterproof it completely, primed everything with mildew killing primer, painted and put in a higher power exhaust fan to deal with humidity.
Fixed a few problems while giving the bathroom a new look.
