Morris For Prosecutor

FAMILY FIRST. ALWAYS.
I have called Marshall County "home" for my entire life. I was born and raised here. I have been blessed with five biological children, two wonderful stepchildren, and four grandsons to date. I am a proud father and grandfather.
When I graduated from law school, I knew I wanted to practice law in Marshall County and raise my children here. This community provided the foundation that empowered each of them to go boldly into the world and forge their own paths.
If elected as the Prosecuting Attorney, I will work diligently to ensure our community remains a safe place for families to grow and thrive.
Our family has always been very private but these are the people who matter most to me and I wanted to share how my family motivates me. I won't likely post another picture like this but this campaign matters to me and I am grateful for their reluctant permission to allow me to share this collage. Love you fam!

I was honored to speak this morning at the Marshall County Republican Breakfast as a candidate for Marshall County Prosecuting Attorney.
It was a privilege to share my background and experience, including more than 30 years of legal work, building and managing my own firm, and serving clients throughout our community. With that experience, I am prepared to step directly into the role of Prosecuting Attorney and serve Marshall County with integrity, fairness, and sound judgment.
I am especially grateful for the opportunity to meet and speak with so many thoughtful individuals after the event. Those conversations matter.
I encourage anyone and everyone to reach out to me directly. Whether through the link, a phone call, or a text, open communication is vital. I welcome the chance to meet personally, discuss important topics, and continue sharing the work we will accomplish together for Marshall County.

Why Experience and Principle Matter
The role of Prosecutor carries serious responsibility. Every decision impacts public safety, victims, law enforcement, and the integrity of our justice system.
That is why experience matters. Experience brings steady leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to apply the law firmly, fairly, and consistently.
Joseph Morris believes in standing with our local law enforcement officers who work every day to protect our community.
He is committed to upholding the Rule of Law while ensuring victims are heard, respected, and supported. And he believes transparency and accountability are essential to maintaining public trust.
For over three decades, Joseph Morris has served Marshall County guided by these principles and is ready to continue protecting our community with experience you can trust.

“I am quickly learning that running a campaign can be expensive, and I sincerely want to communicate what I stand for and the specific ways I hope to bring positive change to our system of justice to as many people as possible.
I truly appreciate the likes, shares, and comments you have added to campaign posts. I am grateful to those who have reached out offering space in their yards for campaign signs, and we would welcome even more locations. I am also thankful for the many offers to make calls and visits on my behalf.
For those who are able, I would greatly appreciate any financial contribution you may be willing to provide. I went down to the Indiana Statehouse on Wednesday to officially file my Declaration of Candidacy for the Republican nomination for Prosecuting Attorney of Marshall County.
The staff was incredible and made the entire process smooth and easy.
I also had the opportunity to meet Diego Morales, Indiana’s Secretary of State. He’s doing a great job serving the people of Indiana, and it was a pleasure meeting him.
