Integrative caregiving

I absolutely believe in this. I do not think my life as a caregiver is the challenge but rather the possibilities it limits through my survival driven thinking. Finding a way out of this has been a continual process of overcoming experiences that feel dead, boring, and without joy. Maybe your whole life feels like that but that’s also because survival works in a very specific way. We become tunnel visioned.
