A fixed dock stays exactly where it was built.

The water doesn’t.

That’s one of the biggest reasons floating dock systems are used on lakes, rivers, and reservoirs where water levels change throughout the year.

By moving with the water, they help maintain consistent access while giving owners the flexibility to expand or reconfigure their layout as their needs change.

Every waterfront is different.

That’s why EZ Dock isn’t built as one giant floating platform.

Its modular design allows each section to move with changing water conditions while giving you the freedom to create a layout that fits your needs today—and adapt it as those needs change tomorrow.

Build what you need now. Expand when you’re ready.

70 mph winds.

Heavy waves. Torrential down pour.

Two loaded PWC ports completely fine.

That’s exactly what our floating dock systems are designed to handle.

Instead of resisting the water, each section is engineered to move with changing conditions, helping reduce stress throughout the system rather than forcing it into one rigid structure.

One of the biggest misconceptions about floating docks is that movement means they’re unstable.

In reality, the opposite is true.

Our dog bone couplers are designed to let each dock section move independently with changing water levels. Instead of fighting the water, the system flexes with it, reducing stress on the dock while creating a stable walking surface.

That’s one of the reasons we’ve been trusted for 26 years.

How do you move a completed dock section?

Sometimes, by floating it down the river.

Depending on the site, it isn’t always possible to assemble a dock and launch it directly into its final location. Instead, sections are connected on land, floated into position, and anchored once they reach their destination.

Loaded up and headed out.

Earlier today, DFW Surf stopped by to pick up dock sections to be used in the Lake Lewisville area to help support emergency response and water access.

From parks and rowing facilities to resorts and emergency response applications, it’s always exciting to see the different ways these systems are put to use.

Who is EZ Dock actually for?

Paddlers. Boaters. Parks. Resorts. Rowing facilities. Communities.

Over the last few months, our crew has worked on projects serving all kinds of people and all kinds of waterways.

Different locations. Different applications.

One goal: making it easier to get on the water.

A few recent installs to kick off the summer.

Different locations. Different applications.

Some are built for paddlers. Some for boaters. Some for parks, resorts, and entire communities.

But every project starts with the same goal: making it easier to get on the water.

Here’s a look at a few recent builds.

The docks at Friendship Park in New Mexico had served the community for years, but time and the elements had taken their toll.

Our crew replaced the aging wooden docks with our low-maintenance floating dock sections designed to provide reliable access to the water for years to come.

No rotting boards. No constant upkeep.

Something new taking shape on the Oklahoma River.

Last week, our crew completed a low-profile rowing dock installation designed to provide stable, easy access to the water.

A unique project with more still to come.

Stay tuned.
