It may not look like much to you but to the investor that I staged for today, he couldn’t have been more impressed. His biggest concern with this investment is the size of the master bedroom. He was able to see that it is possible to fit a queen sized bed in this space and still have room for a dresser. It brought him great relief and happiness. I am fortunate to work with several investors that see the value in staging.

Some people think that vacant home staging consists of throwing a few pieces of furniture into an empty room and calling it a day.....if only it were that easy! These photos from my last staging job, show the difference between placing some chairs, couches and tables in a room vs. a beautifully curated STAGED HOME. Several hours of planning, organizing, packing, unpacking and moving, go into each carefully thought out project. We want potential buyers to imagine themselves living here and creating a warm and inviting home for them to view is a sure way to make that happen.
