It's not about eating less. It's about eating less often. π
Every time we eat, insulin rises. Snack all day, and it never comes back down β so the body never gets to rest or burn fat.
Give yourself a little more space between meals, and everything starts to shift.

You don't have twelve different problems. You might have one. π
Look at this. Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, fatty liver, migraines, stubborn belly fat, constant cravings β we treat every one of these like its own separate battle. A different doctor, a different prescription, a different worry.
But what if most of them are branches growing from the same root?
That root has a name: insulin resistance. And the reason you've probably never heard it talked about this way is that our whole system is built to treat branches, not roots.
Here's the part that stops most people cold: fewer than 7% of American adults are in optimal metabolic health. That's not a typo. It means this isn't a "you" problem β it's almost everybody, and almost nobody's being told why.
The encouraging part? When you address the root, the branches often start to calm down on their own. That's the whole reason this page exists β to talk about the root nobody's talking about.
