Closing can proceed.
This deck, while impressive, was falling apart. Access was very tight, but we managed to get everything hauled away. Added a set of steps so the back door is usable until buyers decide what they want. Fresh coat of paint for front and back doors, and a couple other little fixes.

Customer handled the demolition. We knocked this out while dodging the rain. A little bigger and a little higher than the old one.

Customer used to have goats to help keep brush under control. They also had a ton of stumps that needed to be plucked out. We were able to get everything cleaned up and stacked to burn once we get some rain.
