Have you taken any time this week to be in such a state? Have you given yourself a chance to experience a sense of peace?

If you haven't, I'm here to remind you to take five minutes of your day to take deep breaths, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing. Notice the sensations you feel in your body. The way the fabric of your clothing touches your skin. Feel grounded. Focus on the way your feet are touching the floor. Listen to your surroundings. Hear the whirring of the vents of the air conditioner.

Relax.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Happy Wednesday! It's mid-week; how are we all doing? By this time, we are all probably thinking one of two things: "How is it already Wednesday?" Or "I can't wait for the weekend to come already."

Focus. Breathe. Let's wind-down and focus on the present. It can feel overwhelming when time flies, but it is equally stressful to wait for the future.

Let's take a deep breath and focus on our surroundings. What noises do you hear? What colors do you see? What emotions do you feel? What scents do you smell?

Breathe in and wind-down. Relax.

It's Mindful Monday! It's the day after the weekend, so understandably, Mondays aren't always a fan favorite. It's the beginning of another work week and the end of rest days. So why don't we change our relationship with Mondays a little bit better?
