We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Scanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming voice, experience operating a multi-line telephone system, and 10-key skills. The ability to multitask is essential, as this role will involve scanning mail and performing administrative tasks while answering calls. This is an IN-OFFICE position located in Howe. Pediatric Office is seeking a Full-time bilingual Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team. Candidates must have a friendly and outgoing personality that can easily be extended to our patients. Candidates should be able to work front office/back office as needed.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Rooming patients

Taking vitals

Providing general medical assisting to physician and nurses

Administering immunizations

Daily exam room preparation, cleaning, and restocking

Following Standard HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Computer Skills: medical practice management and electronic medical records software with Eclinical works is a plus

**Cross-trained in front office is a plus
