Sometimes the only outside human contact a victim may have will be a doctor or nurse at a local clinic. Imagine the impact that healthcare professionals could have if they were properly trained to identify and report cases of human trafficking. A Senate amendment would vacate criminal record for s*x-trafficking victims in Massachusetts -... An alliance of business, nonprofit, and government leaders are joining forces to encourage legislators to pass an amendment that would give victims of s*x trafficking the opportunity to vacate their criminal record and give them access to state resources.
