Something I started doing years ago when I first got started with oils was making my own perfume! I have never looked back and I wanted to share with you some of the reasons I LOVE doing this so much 💗

1. limit toxins- conventional perfumes are FULL of endocrine disrupters and other chemicals that wreak havoc on the body. making my own perfume gets rid of that source of toxins in my life 🙌

2. customization. I love that I can change it up to smell exactly how I want but also switch up the benefits depending on what I need or the season we're in. maybe I need some more calmness in my life, I will add peace & calming or stress away which smell amazing but also supports my body and mind. I love to make different scents seasonally. Right now, cozy blends 😍

3. cost effective!! I remember paying at least $60 on a good perfume. making my own saves me so much money and its way better for the environment as well
