We off a $500 retention bonus for experienced Pool Technicians who complete 6 months service with us!

You'll be joining a full service, innovative pool management company who are driven, solution focused group of pool lovers who put the customer at the center of everything we do.

Looking for detail-oriented individuals who are able to work independently and “own” the ex*****on of the service on their assigned route. At the same time, you will be part of a competitive team within a group rapidly growing across the sunbelt. We push each other to raise the level of the service each and every time they are in the field.

Previous pool industry experience is desirable, but we will train the right candidate. Specifically, we are looking for the following in a candidate:

- Friendly, positive attitude
- Solution driven
- Innovative thinker
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow knowledge
- Ability to swim
- Ability to tolerate working in the Texas weather year round
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
$600 to $800 per week paid on a biweekly basis. Many available opportunities to earn additional pay.

Working hours are 7am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Smart Pools provide a work truck and gas card, leaving from the office each day with all chemicals and necessary equipment.

Minimum qualifications:

Valid Texas driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Reliable transportation to the office
Dependable, friendly, customer focused attitude
