LAdies, on the call the other night we spoke about dividing up into teams. Here are the mission statements on what the team would be responsible for. Most of these teams should be more no more than 2 people.
1. AGAPE TEAM
The mission statement on that team is to provide things that make each lady at the retreat feel special and feel the love of Jesus . This team would plan small gifts to give each lady at different times throughout the retreat such as bags, notes, small gifts.
2. The Spiritual team The mission statement is to cover each lady in prayer by name before during and after the retreat. You would pray over each lady. You would be watchful during the retreat of any lady who needed encouragement, a word or prayer and even laying on of hands. This team would also make leaders aware of situations if needed. 3. The kitchen team The mission statement for this team would be to plan healthy meals and snacks. This team would not only plan but also purchase and get all food items to the retreat before any other ladies except the leadership team would get there
4. The teaching team The mission of this team is to present their testimonies of how your life your has been an overcomer through Christ. These people on these teams will be personally picked by the leaders. 5. The music team The mission statement is to plan music and worship times during the retreat. This can include instruments, singing, listening or even playing YouTube videos or songs on YouTube . This is also the inviting time of the Holy Spirit to move throughout each individual lady. We have already had people signing up so if God has called you to any one of those teams please let me know ASAP. Thank you and I can't wait for our October retreat
