I don’t know who needs to hear this but I ain’t perfect I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been struggling for years but it doesn’t stop be from trying to become a better person, Yes I’ve said and done some things I regret and I deal with them but I don’t get why people continue wanna drag your name in the dirt when your joking around with a buddy. Battling mental health is a serious issue not a cop out or an excuse. But people like myself we process things different and sometimes not at all until it’s too late. But it’s ok I’ve taken the necessary steps to learning how to cope with things instead of gettingg depressed and letting it turn into anger. But I keep working on and I will continue to do so!! I have a huge support system behind me rooting me on and they know who they are and I’m very thankful for yall!!! But anyways rant over with and remember battling mental health isn’t a bad thing once you get the help you need and I promise you ain’t alone!!! God bless you all and I hope yall know you aren’t alone.
