Had us a big time last night in Alabaster, AL at Siluria Brewing. Made a little gas money behind a guitar and then scored a gift card playing trivia.

On to Dothan, AL tonight to tell my tall tales set to rhythm and rhyme with the good people at . Been almost 40 years since I've stomped around at Ft Rucker. Excited to be back!

Time to get out and enjoy some of this beautiful Texas weather. Bring your mom 'n em and come sit and sip in the beautiful countryside while I fill up the yard with tall tales set to rhythm and rhyme.

On March 24th, my 59th bday, I was diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma of the left lingual tonsil. After getting my head around it and exploring the avenues of treatment, I opted to travel to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL to undergo transoral robotic surgery followed by an abbreviated radiation\chemo program. Goal #1 - cancer free. Goal #2 - maintain my voice as best as possible. Surgery was May 23rd, radiation started June 23rd. Yesterday, July 24th, I was declared cancer free. And so I rang the bell...
