Excited to share Urban Genesis’s latest multifamily development, COOP Southpark Meadows. This marks our 13th development under Texas’s PFC program helping deliver on our commitment to high-quality affordable housing.
The 6-acre site will consist of 360 units and we expect to deliver the first units in August 2026. The project will include full amenities and is located right off of I-35, across the street from the Southpark Meadows retail center, and within a 15-minute drive of downtown Austin.

Excited to share Urban Genesis’s latest multifamily development project, COOP Tech Ridge. This marks our 12th development under Texas’s PFC program and our 2nd PFC designation with the Housing Authority of Travis County, helping deliver on our commitment to high-quality affordable housing.
The 4-acre site will consist of 198 units, and we expect to deliver first units in April 2026. The site is located in the growing Tech Ridge submarket, adjacent to East Village, across the street from Samsung’s campus, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Austin.
