Weather Advisory – Customer Safety Notice

With severe weather expected over the next two days, including freezing temperatures and potential power outages, please take precautions to protect your home and family.

• Allow faucets to drip to help prevent frozen pipes
• Open cabinet doors under sinks for warm air circulation
• If power is lost, never run generators or grills indoors
• Check on elderly family members and neighbors
• Have flashlights and backup chargers ready

Our team will monitor conditions closely. Emergency HVAC service may be available once it is safe to travel, but during icy or unsafe road conditions, service may be limited or temporarily suspended. Safety always comes first.
