Tonight, we opened a 2021 Spear vineyard estate pinot noir. The wine was a little on the young side but still had a nice balance of acidity, red fruit flavors, and earthy terroir.

The winery is located between the towns of Buellton and Lompoc along Rte. 246. It's one of my favorite places to visit. The views and wines are excellent. Wait to you taste their Chardonnay, wow!

dined at Lao Sze Chuan in Montrose. The food was delicious as always! Great service.
