Something new for Bridgeland Craft show this weekend. Coasters

Painted Tree is essentially a curated marketplace housed under one roof, where a wide variety of small business owners—referred to as vendors or shop owners—can rent space and sell their products. Think of it like an upscale, organized indoor marketplace or boutique mall.

Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
Vendors rent space in a Painted Tree location and set up their own mini-shop or display area however they like.

Each vendor is assigned a vendor ID number. They put this number, along with the price and a short description, on the tags of their items.

Shoppers browse freely and can purchase items from any of the vendor booths.

At checkout, Painted Tree staff enter the item's details into a Point of Sale system, which attributes the sale to the correct vendor.
Vendors can track their daily sales online through a login portal.
At the end of each month, Painted Tree sends the vendor a check for their total sales, minus the rent for the upcoming month and any applicable fees.

It’s kind of like having your own boutique inside a larger, well-trafficked store—without needing to manage the day-to-day operations like cashiering or utilities. A win-win for creatives and small business owners looking for retail space without the full burden of running a standalone store.
