I made this KICK ASS cake for Connor to celebrate his birthday back in May!

Went to bed super psyched about it; woke up feeling something was “off”..

Proof that sometimes those gut feelings are factual: I checked my emails AGAIN and OF COURSE I somehow had the wrong age stuck in my head (and written down).

Luckily I got it adjusted before pickup, and it was a WELL LOVED CAKE 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

It doesn’t feel real… that my first back to school cookies were launched ten years ago. My twins were going into second grade and I wanted to give teachers a gift they would love [ie not another mug]

These were HUGE- the size of your face. But they were so loved!

My oldest babies are seniors (cue all of the tears) and so much is changing in this season of life.

I won’t say this year is the *LAST* year for BTS gifts, but I’m not ruling anything out at this point. I’ve learned that saying “never” just makes me eat my words down the road.

I rarely keep up with these days, but of course I can’t skip this one.

While cupcakes were the main focus of this journey back in 2012, things have shifted and cookies have definitely taken over.
