Been a while!?! Haven't sat down to do ANY research on Frankinsence. However, I have learned that in the USA, you must keep your CERTIFIED Birth Certificate available to travel! (It's required to get the new 'gold star' ID's)

HERE I GO! I recently learned that I should do more research on what I want to post before (like a few days before) I post. Not sure I'll be consistent in that! I'll try! So, for a couple of days I'm taking a break and learning about a few oils! Frankincense is one of them!

Another new day! Today I'd like to focus on another essential oil. One that can help you get and stay pregnant. It has so many other uses too, so it really deserves more than I can post here.

Have you heard about DoTerra's Yarrow/Pom?

It SMELLS kinda 'meh' to me. It comes out of the bottle as blue. BUT... it's WONDERFUL on my skin! And finding out that it is high in progesterone was a big + for me! Progesterone helps encourage a placenta to attach to the uterine wall, and to maintain a good blood flow. Many of our 'older aged mom's' have a harder time maintaining a pregnancy because they don't make enough progesterone. Taking a good sourced progesterone will help keep that pregnancy!

I want you to read labels! ANYTHING on the ingredient list that ends in OSE is a SUGAR! Anything that ends in 'ol' or hol, is an alcohol and turns easily into an 'ose' and then into glucose!

Why did I repeat this lesson? Because people I run into really do not understand this. PLEASE SHARE IT!
