3 part workshop:
🤰 Nutrition in pregnancy - key nutrients and practical advice to nourish your body and baby.
🤰Pelvic health education - how to support your body in pregnancy and beyond
🤰Pregnancy Yoga class - gentle flow and relaxing breathwork meditation
