We’re excited to celebrate the college students who served as College Readiness Mentors to support both in-class and virtual instruction in underserved elementary schools over the last year. We will hear from our CRMs about their experiences and impact, in particular during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will hear from Rep. Al Green, Juliet Katherine Stipeche, Dr. Pam Wells, and Superintendent H D Chambers. The event emcee will be ABC13 news reporter Pooja Lodhia - Reporter. Other speakers include Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, Mayor Sylvester Turner, Chris Brown, Comm. Adrian Garcia, Stephen L. Klineberg , Zeph Capo , Harvin C Moore, Zachary R.
