It’s wild how often we forget this, right? We’re out here being everything for everyone—parents juggling work and family, colleagues always stepping up for the team, friends constantly checking in, neighbors lending a hand, workers giving their all day in and day out. And somewhere in the middle of all that... we forget about us.
Think about it: when was the last time you truly did something for you? Not for the kids, not for the job, not because someone else needed it—but because you needed it?
