Times have been challenging all over the world 🗺. Let’s take a look into some ways that you can deal with overwhelming emotions in your challenging times.
When in a situation where somebody or something has upset you and not being able to deal with your emotions first remember to take a breath. If you need, focus on your breathing and leave the situation and be alone for a moment.
Remember that reacting to the situation may be hurtful to you and others so make sure to examine your feelings so you can observe and describe your emotions well.
Become aware of your vulnerability. What is it that allows you to feel so overwhelmed?
Thoughts play an important role in coping with emotions. They are self-perpetuated so implementing alternative thoughts can help break the cycle of feeling frustrated angry and hopeless
Lastly for a moment or two distract yourself from the topic and don’t ever solve your problems hotheaded

Let’s talk about habits! There are a couple of habits that can usually improve the quality of your life by making minimal changes.
A full-body workout 🏋️ three times a week can help you keep your body healthy, keep you energized, and relieve stress.
You want to start each day with 3 to 4 daily priorities! Having a hard time focusing? Have Focus be your goal! A couple of small tasks a day can bring you closer to your yearly goals!
The quality of your sleep is no joke and you should not sacrifice it for anything except if really necessary. Aim to sleep 😴 around 7 to 8 hours at night and put yourself to sleep by reading a book of your choice.
