The BIG3 basketball league, co-founded by Ice Cube, has agreed to go public through a merger with special purpose acquisition company Graf Global Corp. at a pre-money valuation of $290 million.

The deal will list under the ticker symbol TONT and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Upon completion, 100% of the league’s existing equity will convert into common stock of the newly combined public entity. The move makes BIG3 the first traditional professional sports league in the United States to offer direct equity to everyday investors.
