For me, it was in 1997. I was with my college buddy visiting family in San Francisco.  One night in the summer, we went out to the Sir Francis Drake Hotel to hit the club and some beers.  Well lo and behold, who do you think I see trying to dance with his teammates Scott Spiezio, Matt Stairs, and a few ladies?  Sluggo himself!  No big deal other than the fact that he was on the DL for the second time in recent weeks with lower back strains. 🕺 😆

·         First player EVER in MLB to join the exclusive 40-40 Club: 40 home runs & 40 stolen bases in a single season (1988) 💪🏽🔥
